Generate creative user experience (UX) is critical to prolong the stay of your web site, especially when your prospective customers first visit the site.  For recurring visit, usability becomes a milestone to take them to another stage.   The following are summary of usability principals need to be considered for a sucessful web development.

Simple and natural dialogueDo not contain info that is irrelevant or rarely needed. Every unit of info in a dialogue competes with the relevant units of ino and diminishes their relative visibility. All info should appear in natural and logical order.
Speak the users' languageThe dialogue should be expressed clearly in words, phrases, and concepts familiar tot he user, rather than in system-oriented terms.
Minimize the users' memory loadThe user should not have though remember information from one part of the dialogue to another. Instructions for use of the system should be visible or easily retrievable whenever appropriate.
ConsistencyUsers should not have to wonder whether different words, situations, or actions mean the same thing.
FeedbackThe system should always keep users informed about what is going on, through appropriate feedback within reasonable time.
Clearly marked exitsUsers often choose system functions by mistake and will need a clearly marked 'emergency exit' to leave the unwanted state without having to go through an extended dialogue.
ShortcutsUnseen by the novice user; many often speed up the interaction for the expert user such that the system can cater to both inexperienced and experienced user.
Good error messagesThey should be expressed in plain language precisely indicate the problem, and constructively suggest a solution.
Prevent errorsEven better than good error messages is a careful design that prevents a problem from occurring in the first place.
Help and documentationEven though it is better if the system can be used without documentation, it may be necessary to provide help and documentation. Any such information should be easy to search, be focused on the users' tasks, list concrete steps to be carried out, and not be too large.
Loading timeA research indicates that if a user wait longer than sixty seconds on loading page. He would be more likely to reboot the machine. Therefore, try to minimize the size of each page
